Kelvin's academic coaching program is a "transition accelerator" for first year autistic students providing 1:1 support emphasizing self-advocacy, study skills/planning, and task initiation/completion. I​​t bridges expertise and lived experience to offer a coaching partnership that truly understands the layered challenges and unique talents of autistic first-year college students.

​Kelvin and LaRita will inspire hope and motivation by presenting authentic perspectives and lived experiences. We will promote understanding and inclusion to a wider audience. We serve as role models showing that with determination, persistence, and self-advocacy, individuals with autism can overcome barriers and set ambitious goals.
